Time and time again I have clients that forget about their overhead lighting. To them it just doesn’t seem like a must have item to get a designer touch on. Furniture, yes. Paint color, yes, Window treatments, yes. But with lighting many are okay with leaving building grade and I’m telling you that lighting should be a priority. Every time I switch them out in a clients house I’m met with gasps in awww of what a difference it makes. I think budget has a lot to do with wanting to leave builder grade. Many clients would rather spend the budget on furniture pieces. Don’t fret! You can trendy and chic lighting for under $200! Here is my round up of current favorite trendy chandeliers for under $200!

None of these styles are budget breaking and it’s such an easy project that most home owners could swap them out themselves. I should know. I always make poor Jon swap out lighting and it’s done in 15 mins or less.
